:/ I know it's possible to just click the button on the pet page, but that seemed to be for if I personally had a picture to use as an overlay. I was wondering where to find people that are willing to do art for a pet overlay, and how much it would be? I have searched on my own. Only to come up with those offering pet profiles.

Try posting on the art market, or the graphics forum. Check out different user's threads. They will have examples of their work, and also their pricing lists. You could also make a thread seeking someone.

This is the correct forum for overlays - you can try searching for a overlay shop there or make a thread yourself to hire an artist! :)

It might be best to make a thread in the Art Market seeking an artist, saying what you want and how much you're willing to pay? Overlays are usually anywhere from 200csc to 5k+csc.
