I'm pretty sure the updos were released by and that was about two or three years ago. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure. I don't believe any of the colors were private.
Hey, thank you for your input! C: You're right, they were released by Luscious; I checked the image address. ^^ I'm happy to hear they are not private! Hopefully I'll manage to get one sooner or later!
I googled "Espresso Masquerade Updo Subeta" and found the release thread. I think though that this post is for re-releases, so it's possible more are on site than mentioned in the thread. By the looks of it neither are private, but midnight sold out and I'm not sure about espresso since the thread may not have been updated in some time. First post of the thread has a bit more information.
I'm not sure on how difficult or easy they are to come by though. All the other releases from that thread are pretty common, but it's possible people are holding onto their masquerade updos. They are really gorgeous though.
Edit: In fact I may have had to add the red and blonde ones to my WL because of this hunt... >.>

hii! were private, but the user who released them isn't around anymore so there might be a pair to come by! they wouldn't be cheap tho unfortunately wuighwg i think the last pair went for like 5k in trades + CSC or smth ;;

I'd take them, please! Yeah, I feared that the tinted tights were only one batch. They'll be quite difficult to find. :C
there were a few colors that didnt fill more than 1 batch so they werent made unlimited in shop and that was one of them :c
