I have noticed, I am only get 2 item requests when usually it is a variety of requests for items 1-4. 4 having the biggest pay out, the 2 item quests are averaging 60-70k per item with a payout of max 140k usually 100k so I am not really making any money. I hope this can be resolved considering there is only 10-15 with a gold account of quests you can do a day. I know your always doing your best but, it would be nice to have quest work again. Thank you.

Saggi quests were "changed" last year. I think this is the topic where Keith posted that he made some changes.
Quests haven't been particularly profitable across the board lately.
sagg turned into one of the worst when he is not the weekend quest! But I still do it for some odd reason xD
I make a tiny profit, not as much as it used to be last year before the change!

I kinda feel like all quests are bad right now. Without much vending going on and with the changes to it, items aren't going out like they used to, stuff inflates faster, quests go through cycles of profitable/not profitable.
I honestly don't see the problem with Saggi. The two item quest are quicker to complete and I also can usually do all 15 without cancelling any. In rare cases you might lose 10-20k on a single quest, but overall I still make a nice profit. I decided to record my profits today over all quests (minus 5 because I completed shinwa before I started)
Carl: 350k Cinthia: 145k (also got one of the new books, so that was nice) Cursed: 800k Library: 214k (only got asked for single books each quest, might be changed again? Maleria: 272k Pete: 422k Quentin: 136k (and 2 mage amulets) Saggi: 900k (pulled 2 rares out of my shop, so 800k if you discount those) Wizard: 573k
Overall I made close to 4 mil in sp alone, plus all the items I can sell for currently inflated prices and 62 new year tokens. Very much worth it to me. In addition, Saggi is still the most profitable of them all when counting pure sp payouts, although cursed quests is a close contender.

There might be a lot of vending going on but the item rarities we can get from the machines has been lowered. This is why so many quest items are inflating, especially books.
There was an anti-vending campaign because so many normal and rare items were worth next to nothing and it wasn't worth restocking them.
Not that it's the only reason for this, but quests giving out ny tokens and people having their one week GA medals means more people than usual are questing. I don't think things are bad quest-wise.
I thought we wanted items to reflect their rarity? Wasn't there a board about the cheapness of rares / super rares sometime back?
My quests today:
397k from Saggi.
373k from the Wizard.
140k from the Library.
601k from Nori.
235k from Maleria(WSQ).
164k from Carl.
267k from Pete.
49k from Quentin. 1 Amulet.
47k from Golum.
2.273m total.
I feel like I've been making decent profit still. The trick is to not do every quest if you don't think one will be profitable. Get familiar with the range of sP you are likely to get from each quest giver, and don't do a quest if the items are more expensive than the amount of sP you'd be likely to get back.
Quests are definitely still profitable, even with the higher rate of questing causing some things to inflate. I've turned a tidy profit every day this last week. Book are deflating again since they've reverted back to library quests only asking for one item again. Wait for the New Years tokens event to end (which should be in the next couple of days), and things will return to normal fairly quickly.
The only thing I worry about with Saggi quests is that only asking for two items lowers the demand for rares/ super rares, which means they are selling for less than I'd expect for items of those rarities.
I don't know what the hell is going on but I've just done 7 Wiz quests and not one single Quest Point nor New Year Token. I did, however, receive a Token in a RE.

Not only are more people questing for New Years, but we also had several days of all weekend quests to make up for the lag. Saggi's profits are always going to take a hit when higher rarities are being pulled out of the economy en masse.
Saggi isn't as profitable as he used to be pre-revamp, but he's much more consistent with his payouts now than he was during all those changes. I'll gladly take a little less sP if it means not losing all my gains b/c he decides to be a dick on the last quest and pay me back 20k for three rares, which is the sort of shit that kept happening to me mid-revamp.
Questing profits are still totally fine. I'm making 500k each from Wiz and Saggi, and 250k+ per day from most other quest givers, plus items to sell.
I think quests are fine, including Saggi's. I make an average of 2mil pure sP from quests alone, even right now when the items are inflated, and I'd make even more if I sold the reward items we get and/or played the games on site. I feel like that's more than enough of a profit for one day, especially with sP being so worthless because it's soo easy to make.
Definitely prefer Saggi's quests as they are now since I probably make an even better profit than I ever did when he was asking for four items. I always used to lose sP on him then but now I at least always make back what I spent and often times a bit more. I also haven't had to reject a quest from him since his revamp. Definitely prefer things the way they are now.
I'm actually doing quests today and a few things since my previous post:
Saggi quests seem generous. I've gotten payouts of over 100k each time, only once did I pay over 100k, I profited on every one. Library quests were changed back to 1 book (for now) so they're much more affordable. I still don't think I like golum's quest. Maleria's changes have caused spell ingredients to inflate to the same price as the weapons... Most of my opinions about quests come from reading other people's experiences with them, I hardly ever do them all and if I do, I don't pay enough attention to have an informed opinion.
I've got no complaints at all for Saggi. He's one of my top three as far as the most profitable quests, and I try to do all of them (though I've been avoiding Quentin and Maleria a bit more than usual). I mean, I guess if Saggi is the only one you're doing, it might not seem like much of a profit? But he seems fine to me. I regularly make 600k-800k doing his quests, and I rarely abandon them unless what he's asking for amounts to over 100k.
