I never heard of moonstone crystals here on subeta :o But I guess you mean the Baguette Crystals and Tear Crystals in the battle shop?

Actually, I don't think the Moonstone Crystals were ever released. They're listed on Subetalodge as Staff Items, and I've never seen them on site. So yeah, you're probably thinking of the other crystals posted here. ^-^;
