ahhh there are just so many awsome and cute experiment type pets---the only problem is, how would i get one without zapping or Adopt R us? cos im pretty sure nobodies just going to hand me the cutest moth red panda... sigh i love subeta art. i can stare at it for hours.

question, if i do go zapping, will it miss fire and hit one of my other pets? ;^;

The zapper will only zap the pet you choose. However, it can zap their minion or an item in your inventory, so it's best to have a junk minion (some of the minion zaps are worth a lot, so do have a minion) and no items in your inventory when you zap. c:

will it also zap locked items? i have a few items that are sorta like "dashboard" items, when i look at them they make me smile, so i have them locked in my inventory...

Nope, locked items are safe! :)

i don't think anything can touch your locked items since they are supposed to be 'safe' from quickstock and random events. Best to clear out your inventory of any unlocked items before zapping though!

You can also pay Euclid the extra 400k fee to ensure that you'll get a randomized experiment instead of misfires / stat changes / random color or species changes, but in my experience, it can be quite the sp sink. Good luck with your zapping!

In my experience you tend to get a heck of a lot of experiment pets from the zapper without paying the extra 400k c: It's just when you're going for a very specific one it can get very frustrating sometimes!

yeh, i bet ill never get around to zapping a for myself. lol the only reason i have experiment pets now, is either i got them from adopt r us or the rare 333 potion.

I think it'd definitely be worth a go as long as you check the adoption center daily too. May as well up your chances and I've seen the red panda experiment in there quite a few times, people don't like to zap over the nicer experiments c: I haven't had too much trouble zapping most of the experiment pets I have tbh, with the exception of my who I zapped for so long in the end an incredibly generous anon gave me a miracle potion II for it x'D But mostly I think you stand a good chance!

I know how you feel. I'm trying to zap for a as well for Toney and now I'm thinking to use the 400k option to see if that works X)

I adopt normal pets and zap till they are an experiment. I know a lot of others do this too to help find homes for otherwise homeless pets
