Not sure how many people on here know about it, but there was a 'thing' called DashCon that happened in July of 2014. It quickly went all to hell. The Welcome To Night Vale peoples were supposed to be there, but the organizers didnt pay for the things that were promised. And apparently they needed an 'emergency collection' of money to keep the thing going after the hotel said they didnt pay for everything.

Last night I got the idea to see how much it would cost to organize something similar to DashCon at the convention center in the closest 'big town' to me. I doubt its something I would actually do (with help from other peoples cause I suck at some things).
