I want to buy this item but when I search shops, there are none available. The item has a little star on it and when I hover over it, it says it's custom clothing. How do I buy this item? Is it a real life cash item? If so, where do I go to purchase it?

It is an item created by a user, approved by the site, and would have been sold with CSC (cash shop credits). If the Shop Search did not link you to anywhere that it's currently being sold - trades or the Custom Wearable shop - then it was likely a limited release, and cannot be bought.

it's a custom wearable, which means it was drawn and submitted by a user, and costs CSC to purchase. last i saw it sells for around 500 CSC. you can try finding someone willing to sell one by making a topic in the r200 forum.

Yes, basically it's a CSC item. Custom Wearables are created by users and have to be approved by staff to be made into items. If you want to buy it you would go to the R200 forum and make a thread. I think those piercings are fairly popular so it might be hard to find though, and it'll cost you probably 4-600 CSC (I think I paid 4 or 500 for the belly button piercing from the same set).

You can buy CSC with sP too, it's very high right now but at least you wouldn't have to spend real money.
