What item are you referring to, exactly? The only items with "wings tonic" in the name that I could find are custom wearable items. If that's what you're asking about, then you can't drink those items. You can put them in your wardrobe and they're clothing items that will give your HA wings.

It's a wardrobe item, just a piece of clothing. It can be put in your wardrobe to provide the wings you see on hover. However, the small gold star in the upper right hand corner of that item indicates it's a Custom Wearable - basically user made and paid to be on the site - and as such will ALWAYS be clothing, and nothing but clothing. No matter how it's named (in this case, and many others, with a food name; in some other cases as toys or books), CW items are just clothing.

that's a wearable item, you can't drink it. but if you do put it in your wardrobe, you can wear them as wings :)

it's a custom wearable though, so getting them could be sorta expensive/hard to do depending on if it's public/private and the supply of them I guess. I don't actually know much about custom wearables.
