I haven't been on Subeta in a while due to my job. I'm unable to change the base color with this new update. Would someone help? Thanks. ^^;

go to the Wardrobe. Pick a hairstyle by clicking on the Preview button underneath it, Then click the Salon button. In the field of color that appears, click the color you like. Since it is Previewed you can see the change not only on the wig but on your working-HA just to the right of the showing-HA. When you've got the color (and optionally the Streaks) to the one you like, click Add to Avatar. Then click Save Avatar.

- I cannot select a color. It'll take me to the salon page, but not let me change the base color at all. I see the section where you're supposed to be able to select the color, but it will not let me move around the color selector.

I can't change any colors, though I can select highlights... which also don't let me move around the color selector.

gosh, I'm not sure what to do about that one. The next two suggestions I am making are guesses. It might be an add-on or browser issue.

Is it possible, due to your job, that you haven't updated the browser you are using for Subeta any time recently?

Many of Subeta's newest features don't work well with NoScript or AdBlock Plus, and Subeta tends not to work so well with IE. Try disabling your add-ons one-by-one, and do a hard refresh between each one and see if that helps. Then if that doesn't work change your browser. If it does not I suspect you will need to file a Ticket in Help.

I have ABP, so I'll disable it for Subeta (I don't know why I have it enabled here) and see if that fixes it.

As to the computer/browser issue: I keep everything up to date. My computer is the newest version of Windows 10 with the most updated Chrome browser.

Edit: Disabling Ad Block Plus does not fix the issue.

I was having the same issue, I don't usually use "Subeta hair or facial features" so I was a bit lost. How about when selecting the eyes or nose? Is it the same.

I do not have an answer for either of you sorry. Both of these features look fine for me. There isn't any threads in Problems & Bugs about them when I looked. All y'all are going to have to file a Ticket in Help.

I was having the same issue. I had to use Firefox to change my hair color. It's something with Chrome

I'm using Chrome, but not Windows. Maybe it's a Chrome+Windows thing.
