I have an idea for a CW that Id like to have made, but theres a problem...

There isn't much of a description of the thing ever made, except lights and the name of a fast food place (and the fact I think its after dark?).

In that case, would changing the name of the fast food place be ok, or would there still be three more changes that need to be made?

What I mean is, if its say..McDonalds in the 'original', would changing it to a Subeta version, say...Quick Bites be a good change.

And there isnt much of a description of the original...Would less than 4 changes be ok?

changing the name doesn't count as one of the four changes. There's a list of clarifications in the CW forums for each rule.

I'm curious how you're even able to make a tribute CW if there are so few details known about the place.

But I think you'd be better off filing a ticket and explaining in detail what exactly you know about the thing canonically and what you'd like to do for your CW.

I agree with but also in early days CW when someone wanted to tribute something very simple, they were told to add two details. That is to say, two of the four details that were different were different because they existed at all.

I'm about 90% sure what this item is referring to, if you're doing a full background with the area around whatever resturant, switching up the environment (say have some pine trees instead of a cactus, different color palatte to the colors associated with the original, altered symbols, etc)

You'd definitely need to run it by someone else though, but they're some suggestions.

I think I will go the direction of filing a ticket, once I figure out anll the details Id like to have in it. Migh tbe tonight if I dont get distracted XD Im pretty sure we are thinking about the same thing :D I actually didnt think about the trees, that is a good idea. I think it was after dark in the original scene, so possibly something just after it starts getting dark, so the lights could still be seen. And maybe a bench instead of a car?
