is it ok to change the price slightly in my CW shop?

No, as it might be considered as scamming because it's unfair to those who brought at full price.

The only exceptions is if it's locked and a discount was promised OR if the item is private and one or few public copies are sold (in which the price will vary between the slot price and auction/public price).

i don't think that's true, you're free to price your CWs however you want. it would only be considered scamming if you've previously promised that the item will be sold for a particular price and that the price will never change. otherwise, the price is entirely up to you.

I filed a ticket about this once and was told that, as long as I never stated that the item would only be sold at its current price, I would be okay to change it. My question was specifically about lowering the price so I'm not sure how it would work for raising it, but I would think the same would apply. (tl;dr pretty much nailed it)

Yes sorry, you guys are right. I was basing it off from their only item in the shop. They already made a thread in the Custom Clothing about said item, and listed its price.

Right, but even if you did that, if you never explicitly said that the price will never change, you're fine (at least, that's what I was told, and I haven't had any issues dropping the price of some of the items in my CW shop)
