Okay I know there is a problem with the trees opening, does this over flow to every thing else? I received 5 Loyalty boxes instead of one.Do I delete 4 and use 1? Or did I get 5 ? Thanks

You get five because you've been on the site for over six years. One for 2 years, one for 3 years, one for 4 years, one for 5 years, and one for 6 years.

If this is the first time you've ever collected loyalty boxes, then what said above is correct. However, if you already received loyalty boxes in previous years, then yeah you should probably delete the extras.

If you think you received the extra loyalty boxes by mistake, file a ticket instead of deleting them on your own, I believe staff prefers to go this route.
