Edit to clarify: yes to both random and anonymous options, but the regular option should also stay. For friends it's nice that they can see that you thought of them, but for giving to total strangers or for random givings should that become a thing, it's nice to have an anonymous option as well.

Anonymous gifting is the best solution to awkward over-enthusiastic thank-yous that make me feel compelled to actually engage in one-to-one conversation, when really I took something out of my vault that I never use and chucked it under some rando's tree because theirs was empty...it's made me uncomfortable just after Luminaire EVERY year.

I personally wouldn't use it but I like the idea of it, so support!

I really like the feature of being able to gift under trees, as it's a great way to be able to give gifts to strangers, to leave something until Lumi for a surprise, etc. so I would love to see this!

I also like this because users would still have the opportunity to send gifts (non-anonymously) through the Gift Center to their friends - the only problem with this is that you would have to send them on Lumi yourself as there is no gift-delay function (but this would take ages to code anyways if it did work so not worth it to try imo).

I love this. I spent a lot of time doing anon gifting through the gift center this Lumi. I would also love if, in general, the Lumi trees included a section where we can leave a message for our friends (or the people we're anon gifting). I'm not sure how easy this part would be to implement but it'd be so awesome, kind of like a Lumi Card (wishing them a happy lumi and blah blah).

I'd also really like this option.
