The 1000 items change isn't permanent though, it was made because the duplicate items issue, so it would be easier for the users affected to see and delete the extra items.

It's temporary until the stocking event issue is all sorted, to help people sort through all the stuff that popped up in their inventories.

I hope they decide to keep it

I'm just hoping it stays around when the trees can finally be opened. But I expect it to be gone eventually, as it's not permanent.

It'd be nice to keep it around until after trees are opened but I don't think it should stick around forever. I shudder to think how people would find anything in their inventory with 1k items sitting in it.

if you press ctrl f then type in the name of the item you can find it very fast.

I am not talking about that so much as like when you are questing and wind up will a ton of items in there from multiple days. It'd be awful to sort it out. Much easier to sort out 250 items or 500.

I only like this idea for the week after the Luminaire trees open. However, I doubt that there will be gifting through trees after this year.

Otherwise no support. This would put a strain on the servers and take away a Gold Account perk.

maybe the gold account perk should be changed to more then 250.
