Does anyone happen to know the concoction I would use to remove the "skin" from my HA? It doesn't appear on the skin section of the wardrobe page, and I can't seem to find any threads that have my specific skin or anything about it. It's the shiny kind of thing that appears on it now, I can't find what it would be called either.

Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Just go into the wardrobe, go to the Skins tab at the top and remove your skin c:

I tried doing that but it hasn't worked yet.

Is the skin highlighted in your list? Because you may need to file a ticket if not

I didn't see it on the skins list at all...

It's called Copper; I would just hover over all of them until you come across the one with the right name (it shows up under the HA + preview on the left side). Mine is near the top, but I have it unlocked so I'm not sure where in the list it shows up in case it's not marked off.

Also, what browser are you using and do you have NoScript? Because that for sure could mess with the link not being clickable, I'm not sure about other add ons. I know someone was having trouble with Chrome here, they also had to file a ticket.
