Probably been asked a zillion times already but, I have also received the "stocking glitch" that was stated in the News and wanted to double check about having to delete items before I go ahead and do away with them. I have 3+ of whatever items that were supposed to be under my tree. From my understanding, we will be getting those same items from the presents when it's fixed? I was going to delete the extras until I only had one (just in case), but not sure now if I do have to delete them all?

pretty sure you're supposed to delete all items you received from stocking events, as you will be receiving the proper number of these items once trees open.

I'd probably want to confirm this with someone on the staff. I'm PRETTY Sure I heard you're only supposed to delete the duplicates- otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue. They could've just deleted all the items but from the posts, it looks like that is what you're getting.

the news post says "please delete the items you may have received via the 'stocking events'" and i've seen users having to file tickets because they accidentally kept and used a single copy of items they received in multiples. so i believe that means any item you received from a stocking event should be deleted.

You are supposed to delete EVERYTHING you got from the stocking events.

can confirm this, as I don't feel like this message got through to everyone. but I am sure this is the case.
