I wasn't on for the whole mishap with the trees and events... it sucks the site had to go offline for a time... waiting for gifts is hard but you know what... it'll be all worth it! Thank you staff for taking time out of your holidays to work on this issue and bringing the site back up for us to use on Christmas! Good luck solving the tree problem and everything. Also a huge thank you for the free csc and GA ... AND a whole weekend of all quests being the weekend quests.

You guys really did a great job with a shitty situation. I think many of us would have understood staff not dealing with this today and instead spending it with friends and family, but staff showed up and they pulled it off even with Keith gone for the holiday.

The weekend quests are amazing wow and thank you so so much for the 1 week GA and 250 csc!! Even if we didn't get to open presents today, it felt very much like Christmas with your generosity and hard work. ❤

Seconding everything that's already been said, seriously, thank you guys so much. SO MUCH. /hugs You guys are above and beyond wonderful in handling all of this ridiculousness and working on Christmas (which is hell and we all know it and you guys don't deserve that and i'm sososo amazed not only at the fact that you did that but also that you were so incredibly nice about it). I didn't even get stocking events cause I was lucky enough not to be online for that little fiasco, but like... You guys are all just amazing at dealing with this kinda stuff, and answering the same question six million times, and just generally working with the site/users to make it better, and I simply do not understand where that amount of patience comes from. The gifts are really just like icing on the cake at this point, because we already have the best staff ever.
