Hi! I'm very new here, so I might be missing something, but I have recently found a game that I really like- Spectrail. I have been constantly trying to get the Iris plushie by reaching 250 points, and just now I reached over 250. I was really proud and everything, and so I collected my points and left the game to check my inventory. It wasn't in there. And I hadn't received any notification that I had won something. I'm confused. Can anyone help me? I never got my prize.

oh golly that's not so fun. Some Achievements need to be triggered. Have you tried to look at the High Scores for this game or closed the game down and started to play it again? Have you looked at the Achievement itself?

If you have done these things which are the likeliest to my mind, then you may need to file a Ticket in Help. A UA can help you there.

So the actual game page is kind of confusing. It's not listing just the prizes, it's listing the achievements. The Iris Plushie actually comes from the top tier of that achievement, which is for scoring 750+
