There's the Fae Ear Models

Elven Ear, Ghoul Ears, Sun Lord Orb of the Dawn, and Leafeather Orb of the Night, Halfling Small Ear Tips though that last one is quite small and won't really stick out under a wig.

I'm not really familiar with custom wearables so I'm afraid I can't list of any those, sorry.
