What's happening with my HA?

I tried to set it to normal skin and it's giving me one I don't have unlocked. Also, I don't know why the white hair is sticking up there? It's not equipped or anything.. It was not previously equipped.. I haven't been online in a while so not sure if I'm missing something.

Try... V3 wardrobe > hair > remove hair.
Same thing for your base. Wardrobe > Skins > Click here to remove skin
Yep, wardrobe>Skins tab>remove HERE button and same with the hair. Remember to click the blue SAVE button after you remove them. :D
I did that, when I click 'here' it doesn't act like a link, it highlights like if I was clicking regular text. Should I switch browsers? Using Chrome...

It doesn't actually link anywhere, just clicking on it should be enough to remove the hair/skin off your HA. Maybe try selecting a different skin+default hair and then clickign the remove button again?
I'm using Firefox but I'm not sure it'd make much difference. Worth a try to switch, though? I guess if none of htat works file a ticket or check the bugs forum.
I had a weird bug for months where my HAs would show up normally on the rest of the site, but the entire box would be pitch black in both the V1 and V3 wardrobe on the 'base' layer. I finally got it fixed by clicking the remove hair button even though my HAs didn't even have salon hair on. :( I seriously hope they figure out all these stupid bugs soon. It's ridiculous that a for-profit company like this would have such a central feature broken for so long.
Oh okay. I can't get it to load at all on IE, just stays blank. I don't have Firefox installed... Blah.. Going to try again on Chrome.. Thanks for all the help. :) Wardrobe was always one of my favorite features so hoping I get this figured out soon.
Update: Have tried changing hair, skin, removing them, hair seems to be fixed but skin is still whack.

wow, sorry this has been so much trouble. Subeta in general doesn't work well with IE, it's not designed for it. I get good results with Google Chrome. Maybe try to ask for Help by filing a Ticket?
I do typically use Chrome, I was just hoping switching to IE would help. Yeah, I'm gonna try one more time and file a ticket. :) Thanks!
