Some of the symptoms (hearing, dizzy, nausea) sound like Meniere's disease. I'm not sure if that would cause your other symptoms. I would see a neurologist. It sounds like your regular doctor can't pinpoint the exact cause. I know you don't want your parents to find out (I would be the same way, believe me) but they would probably want to know if you're hurting this bad. Do you know if there's any family history of health problems that could help explain it?
Feel better and see another doctor! ❤

Your general practitioner is not going to be able to help you at this point. You need to go see a neurologist ASAP. It might just be cluster headaches, it might be something worse. Please please please do consider getting an appointment with a neurologist very soon.
You need to see a neurologist. Please tell your local doctor exactly what's been going on and don't leave until they refer you to a neurologist that day. I think a cat scan is probably in order. And I understand not wanting to tell your parents, but I really think you should. Are they the kind that overreact at every little thing? Mine do that. But you have to put up with it because you might need their help.
I hope everything goes well!

Ugh, sorry you had to see that doctor. :( A doctor shouldn't play off your symptoms! I'm in the US so I'm not sure the process of seeing a doctor in the UK, but if you get the chance to see a neurologist, I would take it. Even if it is just migraines they'll be better trained to help you with it and a good one will listen to you!
I hope everything gets better. Have a good holiday! ❤

Better seeing a neuro than dealing with the aftermath of something much more important (tumor, cancer, brain pressure, etc). I really think you should push, it's your health. If you feel like there is something wrong, get a valid answer from someone that studied the brain for years. I am very iffy about family doctor and I always push to have the valid screening that I need.
I really hope you will be seeing a neurologist and get a scan. While it may be just migraine with aura, at least you'll be sure of it and can get proper care.
My friend has been having ocular migraines for several years and she never has any headache with them, only the vision problems (she says she usually sees zig-zagging lines and has blind spots). If you're keeping the migraine diary, it might be a good idea to record all the other stuff there too, not just headaches. Perhaps that's what you're doing already?
And like others, I still encourage you to see another doctor about this, prefarably a neurologist.
My friend's symptoms started when we were in uni and she was at first so freaked out about it all she got panic attacks which only made the whole mess a lot worse. Weirdness involving one's own brain is scary as hell, and the GP you saw should have kept that in mind. It's good you're getting a second opinion.
Anyways, whatever is causing your symptoms, I hope you'll get a proper diagnosis and treatment sooner rather than later :)
