This is my first year doing this, I love to sent gifts to people, but I was wondering if it matters how valuable the items are you're giving. I myself like to sent items around 100k, sometimes more, sometimes less, or ornament items. Because the other party is unknown, you don't know what their wishlist is, but I feel it rude to sent items you don't even want yourself and are not really worth anything. What sort of items do people usually sent?

Also, how many items do people usually sent? I have days I sent a few items and received none, sometimes people sent a lot and I sent the same amount of items (or more, because it's fun :D). I'm sorry if I make a fun activity more troublesome then it is, but I'm really curious about these questions :D

It doesnt really matter! See, yesterday I got a super rich partner, we exchanged very rare and expensive items and it was awesome. The day before, I got someone that wasn't so rich, but they sent nice cheap items! Cute foods and plushies, they didn't had any $$$ value but I loved them because my partner choose them with care and love, they all followed a very cute theme and it was equaly awesome.

TL;DR - I doesn't matter the price or the quantity as long as you don't send random useless trash.

I think it depends on who you are paired with. Personally I start with items around the 50-100k range. If I get nothing back, then I dont send them anything else. If they return it, I will just keep going back and forth with them, and get increasingly higher, until they stop going higher. We eventually reach some kind of cap, and then I just keep sending items in that range. Once they stop sending gifts, I stop sending gifts.
