Would it be possible to get some easily available main shops hot chocolates?
There are five in Icy Goods but they're retired. One is available in Get Mugged. One is available in the Quest Shop. One is a Genetech item requiring a Cash Shop item. One is a Millionaire Center item. One is a Morostide item in a pumpkin shaped cup.
In contrast there are 90+ coffee and tea drinks (about half coffee and half tea) available in Get Mugged alone. That doesn't include coffee flavored foods or the syrups. Hot chocolate, like coffee and tea, is readily sold all year round. It comes in tons of flavors and can even be alcoholic. We could have hot chocolate mugs and/or hot chocolate packages. Though I'd prefer the mugs.

Items
I personally wanted mugs and/or individual packets of mixes. Like these. However deluxe tins are also nice.
Here's some
Ohh ahhh
I see these every year and I think theyre adorable but I never buy them
hot drinks acceseries
Here are some things that would go with hot chocolate/coffee/tea.
-whipped cream (cool whip tubs, ready whip squirters, homemade whipped cream?)
-sprinkles (chocolate sprinkles, chocolate shavings)
-marshmallows (also come in many shapes, sizes, and flavors)
-wafer sticks
-chocolate stir sticks
-some people make those chocolate covered stirring spoons for gifts, sometimes they have little peppermints or marshmallows in them
gf is making me some hot chocolate at this very moment. I like hot chocolate.
I'd like this.
In addition, if there needs to be other things to justify a theme, there are plenty of other coffee/tea shop related items that could also be added, like the cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate sprinkles/drink toppers, whipped cream, or those little wafer/chocolate stir stick things.
....and teeny marshmallows.
Yes please. I live on hot chocolate in the winter. I wouldn't mind a bit more variety in cups/mugs either.
We can have the actual drinks and we can do a bunch of mixes; kind of like how we have the cake mixes. A set of different packets like (sweet, dark, white, marshmallow, etc) and we could do a 'fancy/deluxe' set in canisters that are chocolate bits instead of powder.
Originally I'd considered making this a "hot drinks" themed topic because there don't seem to be a lot of cider items either, but didn't. I can change it though as there doesn't seem to be any whipped cream/dessert topping or coffee creamer or even sprinkles.
I had had the little individual packets in mind, like the ones Land O Lakes sells, but I hadn't considered the fancy ones. I like that idea too.
A long time ago I got some like that and it was AMAZING! Smooth and creamy (it was made with milk) and not super sweet..I can't remember what brand it was exactly though; only that it was in a metal canister and it was Italian...he store where I got it has long since closed though, so I've had a hard time finding it again T-T If I do find it again, I want a LOT more than that canister..I distinctly remember it vanishing rather quickly. Until then, I have to survive winter with Ghiradelli's..and there's still one store in my area that sells the big containers...which reminds me..goes to make cocoa
Sounds good. I don't think I've ever had any high quality stuff. I think the best stuff I'd ever had was out of the trunk of some people's car when I took my cousins trunk or treating on Halloween. Just like yours it was so smooth and creamy and not too sweet. No idea what they made it with though.
Why is it that the best stuff one ever has promptly becomes unavailable?...T_T Those people might have made it with milk...most mixes are made with water, but it makes a lot of difference to use milk. Raw milk has worked best for me, but it's not available everywhere and anyone with any kind of immunity problem can't have it. I've also seen some recipes that use basic cocoa powder and a couple other things too..Just have to try a bunch of different ones till you find the right balance of taste and cost. I tried a bunch over a few years and wound up going straight back to the Ghiradelli's cocoa I grew up having X)
