I have just the basic Subeta user profile look, but I can't seem to find the place to change the basic colors anymore. It used to be there under Edit Profile, but now all I have is options for adding/taking away sections or updating the order. Is this option no longer available?

You have to go to edit your profile and be on the page where it lets you sort everything like you described. Then you have to find the profile widget and click on the pencil button to edit that widget. Once you do that, it should pop up with a box and at the bottom will be a drop-down list to change the color scheme.
