I've been a member for 3 years according to my user dashboard, but I haven't gotten any Loyalty Boxes. I looked around and apparently you have to check your user preferences to claim any boxes you get? I tried that and it didn't work. :c

Anyone know if I'm supposed do something like click on a link to claim the boxes from somewhere?

Hmm, I'm not sure. I've always gotten them just from viewing the dashboard page. I wonder if maybe it's been too long or something since your account turned and you visited? I don't know if there are any rules on that. If no one else has an answer for you, I guess you could try filing a ticket.

There's no time limit on claiming your boxes. Yeah, you'll need a ticket though, to claim them

It's probably a little bugged out because I took a hiatus from the site for a while, now that I think about it. I'll send a ticket now, thank you for your help!
