Is there anyway to see to whom gift have been sent to through the gift centre?? I sent something to someone and they are telling me they did not receive it....

Unfortunately not, only the trees have an option to see who you sent what gift. However, you could for example go back to the gift center, and fill in the first letter of their username (it automatically gives me a list of usernames with that letter I've sent gifts to), to see if you spelled it correctly? I don't know if that works for everyone though.

If Evy's suggestion doesn't work you might try filing a ticket. Staff may be able to help you.

I agree with Karen... file a ticket. They can track what item you sent to whom. Good luck. :)
