Can I use auto-refreshers on Subeta?

Back a 'long time ago' (almost 2 years I think) there was an event going on and there were a few people that were wondering if using an auto-refresher (like ReloadEvery) was allowed, and I think at the time it was.

Im wondering if I can still use ir, and if theres any pages I cant use them on?

They're still technically allowed, but just really frowned upon. The only page I know for sure that auto refreshers don't work on is the Mystery Box. I'm sure there are other pages that you can't use them on, but I have no idea what they are.

The most recent quote that I could find from Keith on the matter is from last year's Snowball War:
