[There might be a simple explanation for this but I couldn't think of one immediately so I just thought I'd embarrass myself by asking ;D]

My pet has read 448 books but she has only 445 intelligence points. Why is that? Are there some books that don't raise intelligence on purpose or is it a glitch? I have absolutely no idea when the discrepancy has appeared, might be several years ago and I noticed it just now...

Have you ever kicked the gym vending machine? That has a chance of lowering your pet's intelligence.

I know there was a glitch a few years back that caused a discrepency between books read/intelligence, so it could be from then as well.

I don't remember ever kicking the gym machine. I've used it only a few times anyway so I guess the glitch seems a more plausible explanation here. But since it's only 3 points and I might have attacked an innocent vending machine and simply forgotten about it, I think I won't bother raising a ticket now. ...though that might change when I've run out of reasonably priced books to read to my pet ;)

Accoording to this really old thread here: click if you buy intelligence points from Mystic Spindles, it fixed the problem. I have no idea if it still does, but that's always an option to try! You can also use intelligence stat boosters to try to even it out! ^-^

Ooh, thanks for the link! I'll try the Spindles shop then, just as soon as I've completed a few more games to get enough points :)
