Hello All!

I'm having trouble getting my wardrobe to update. I changed the clothes and hit save but it doesn't change my avatar in the forums or my profile... but when i go back onto the wardrobe the new one is the one that appears.

sometimes it might take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple hours for the rest of the site to reflect this change. usually clearing your cache helps.

it still has not changed since last night. How do I clear my cache? lol

it depends on what browser you're using. for most, there should be a 'show history' button somewhere in the menus, and you should be taken to a page where you have the option to clear your history/browsing data. you should have a number of check boxes (i.e. browsing history, download history, cookies, cached images, etc.). check whatever you want to clear, including the one labeled 'cache' or however it's worded, then confirm.

(btw you pinged the wrong user, thankfully they are inactive. it's generally best to ping users using the 'ping' button (the one that looks like a megaphone, next to the other little icons on the top right of their post) so that you don't risk misspelling their username.)

I had to completely reset my avatar and then it worked. Thanks for the help! :)
