I am waiting for the Winter stock so that I can purchase a few things at the appropriate prices....

It should change over to the winter stock on the day of the Winter Solstice in the US, which December 22nd this year. The equinoxes in the fall and spring and the solstices in the winter and summer determine the days when the seasons officially change in the US so that's why the staff switches out the stock on those days.
