In the old version of the wishlist, there used to be a little text tag under an item that said "You have this item!" if you owned it. It was really useful when selling items and gifting people. I do not see such a thing in the new wishlist system, though. Is this still available somehow?

Unfortunately it was removed because it caused problems (lag) for the server. I don't think it will be coming back, though don't take my word for it. I'm hoping it does come back

But they did add account search buttons under each item in your wishlists, so you can still check pretty easily to see if you have them. May take a while if you have a lot of items to go through, but it's better than nothing.
