I'm a pretty on and off player and it's been forever since I've changed my HA, but I am sick as hell of this skin. I tried clicking "remove skin" or w/e from the wardrobe but it didn't work since I appear to have not unlocked this skin yet, can someone tell me what to do? I don't remember how to remove it the traditional way whatever that is.

The old ways don't work anymore since they're not necessary. You'll probably need to file a ticket if the "remove skin" didn't work.
