Where would I go if I was trying to find/buy a CW?

I'm hoping to find someone who has, and would be willing to sell to me, a Dark Brown Lollipopstar Ponytail. However... by my judgement, there are several places that I could post. And I'm a shy cookie and don't want to upset anyone, LOL. So where would I go? Custom Wearables? Advertising? Human Avatars? Announcements?
Probably not Announcements, hehehe, but it's still fun to think about.
But yeah. I'm still really new to the forum area of the site, despite all my years of being here, and I don't want to step on any toes or break any rules or anything like that. Where would I go? Would it be smart of me to find out if the wig is/was even publicly available at one point? I remember there being a background that I wanted more than air but, alas, it was never a publicly released item. If so, where would I go to do that? I did it once, but... that was a very long time ago, and my memory isn't a very good one. x.x
I think I've seen that wig (at the very least, other colors of it) in the Pawn Shop before, so I would guess that it's public. But if you want more details you can ask on this thread

you magical creature, you always seem to have the answer I'm looking for. If it's public, since I'm not used to doing this.. can you give me just rough advice on how much I should expect to drop on it? In CSC, since I think more people would be interested in that than sP.
I'm honestly not sure, I'm not so good at values most of the time haha. Maybe 5-600 CSC range?

Yeah, unfortunately you're not supposed to bump and it's actually not possible to even double post aside from a forum glitch. You can ping # buysellcw every 3 days though, as long as you join the group (your ping won't go through otherwise)
