So I've created a few different scrolls at the Secluded Shrine. (Some I forgot about and made two of.) Yet, it doesn't seem like any new scroll possibilities are showing up. So I'm wondering how to get/ create some of the stronger/ higher level scrolls.

A decent amount of scrolls are obtained through other methods besides creating them at the shrine.
