I actually got a wishlist item as my first gift so...considering in previous years my partners never sent anything this is off to a great start! :D

Got a great MM today! :) I've been preparing myself for just another failure, but yay! So happy.

both of mine MM gifts so far have been someone's leftover fireside items. i have a million of them already hoarded in my vault xD ah, that's ok. beggars can't be choosers, so they say!

I'm enjoying this so far, my partner has sent some wonderful things (that definitely help my current collecting habits) and I can only hope I can send things that are equally wonderful back that they like just as much ;w;

The day is young so I'm not going to turn into a Grinch just yet. I've received at least one item thus far but I'll wait it out and see if my MM is more active as the day progresses. I've sent my first round of goodies for this portion of the day. Will poke 'em later on and see if I get response. If not no harm, and hopefully my items will have made their day.

Hmm. My MM doesn't seem to want to play, today. They disappeared after just one round. Better than nothing, I suppose.

So far my MM is dead or something. Every year I tell myself I won't bother with MM....for some reason I do, but then I always end up with the snoozers!

I've only just sent off my first MM gift, so I'm hoping that they send one back soon. If not, eh, I can make up please don't reveal MM gifts fairly easily.

I like to test the water first, I have lost too much in the past to jump head first into the MM again. But very very rarely do I get a partner that joined the MM for the right reasons. When it first started however, it was great, around half of the days I would get into a good gifting battle with someone, now I am lucky if I get one a year.

I hope today, the first day, isn't a example at what is to come.

The MM should be a fun game, but it rarely is when people join expecting to get good stuff, while they just give away free stuff.
