Item not showing on HA (v.3 wardrobe issue)

I didn't see this issue listed anywhere else, so I decided to make a topic about it. My HA is supposed to be wearing the item Peka-Boo Cropped Top, and while I can see the item on my avatar just fine if I go into the v.3 Wardrobe, the item vanishes from my HA outside the wardrobe. Right now, I can see my HA in the sidebar at the left, and the only chest-layer item showing is the Eddie Bell Sweet Tooth Sugar Skull Tee (which I layered beneath the crop top so my HA wouldn't be topless). I have tried removing the item and saving my HA, then adding the item back on and saving. I've tried refreshing the page (both a normal refresh and a hard refresh) but the Peka-Boo Cropped Top just won't show. This started happening around a couple hours ago or so, after there was an issue with the hair layer disappearing (rendering my HA as a broken image on-site, and showing a broken image icon with my HA bald in the wardrobe). Once the hair reappeared, the top disappeared. Any ideas as to what's causing this or how to fix it, or is it just a waiting game? Anyone else having this problem? I thought maybe it was a caching error on Subeta's end.
Update: The Peka-Boo Cropped Top is now showing up for me. I can't be sure if this means the issue is fixed, because it looks like some people are still missing items that should be showing up on their HAs, but for me personally the issue appears to be resolved.
I am having the same issue, neither the Denizenz Baggy Jacket nor the String of Spirit Bells is showing up on my avatar what's causing me to look like some creepy half-naked freak. XD
In case of the jacket I'm also 100% sure that it showed up just fine until recently (wore it a couple of days ago on an avatar) so this seems to be a new issue.
OMG. When are they going to fix the wardrobe so that OTHER BROWSERS BESIDES IE work in it? Some people Do NOT Use Internet Explorer for their browser.
IE? Yikes, I'd rather go naked for the rest of my Subeta life than using this browser. X'D
Let's hope the issues are getting fixed real soon.
