Here's what happens: I start a quest, I open the 'search shops' links in separate tabs, I click on the items to buy them, then I click 'Finish Quest'. I get an error screen saying I don't have the items required to complete this quest. I click 'back', open the shop links again, buy the items again and click 'Finish' again. It now tells me that I'm not on a quest. I click back and I'm taken to the page with the items and the finish/complete quest buttons. If I click Finish again, I get the 'not on a quest' error again. The only way to move on, it seems, is to go back to the main quest page. Now matter how many This has happened... four or five times now within the last two hours? It's getting kinda annoying, especially since I don't know if this counts as completing or skipping a quest.

I'm using Google Chrome and Windows 7. This has happened in Malaria's, Carl's, the Wizards, and the Cursed quests, from what I remember.

I've had that happen before. As far as I can tell, it does count as completing the quest, so there's no need to buy the items a second time like that. If it happens to you again, click back to the page with the items and refresh. If it turns into the main quest page for that NPC, you're good and don't have to do anything else.

If you want to make sure for yourself that the quests are being counted as completed, keep track of your sP before/after the quest, as well as items in your inventory. Like I said though, when I've gotten this error before, I don't remember it ever not counting as completed.

This happens to me sometimes, too. I'm fairly sure it's related to the weird lag that has been going on :/

As for whether or not it counts, you did complete the quest, which is why it says, 'You're not on a quest!' - because it turned the items in the first time (you don't have to rebuy them).

To avoid the issue in the future, I would wait for the shops to load completely after you purchased the items for the quest (especially the NPC shops). That way the items are in your inventory for certain before you click the complete quest button.

It's still happening. Except it doesn't say I don't have the items anymore; it just straight up says I'm not on a quest and I don't get any sP, either. It's happened about 3-4/7 of the Cursed Quests so far. :/

EDIT: I just got this message on a blank page with a url that said 'cursed' twice:

this just happened to me on a Pete quest - I checked my inventory, TOTALLY had the items, was still getting an error - and then I refreshed the quest page and found that pete was actually asking for a different item than the one which was showing, which must have been a cached image from a previous quest.

so maybe try that? but it's all buggy as hell right now.
