Are we only able to donate specific balloons? For instance, I have 10 in my inventory but Bibi and Lilah say I don't have any balloons to donate! >.<

Should I just file a ticket about it or do you know something I don't?

I believe it is only the balloons that were in The Balloon Hut and are now in the Carnival Shop. They removed The Balloon Hut, and put the balloons as prizes in the carnival games, I guess in an effort to drive up their prices since most were dirt cheap, a while before they made the Carnival Shop.

Kind of seems like we don't need the balloon donations anymore, now that I think about it.

Welp... that's a bummer. I better hurry up and get the achievements ;)

Staff have said they mean to add more of the balloons.
