Where do I go to purchase the custom wearables?

There are many ways to buy Custom Wearables. One option is to slot on them as they are being released (that's what all the threads in the Custom Clothing forum are for), another way is to buy them from people's CW shops (only the CWs that are available in shops), and another is to buy them "second-hand" from people selling them in the R200 forums.

Though this question is more suited to the Help & Questions forums.

I wasn't sure who to ping to get this moved, so sorry if you're not the one to do this.
