I got an error message saying I had to wait x number of hours to do Shinwa's quest again and I have not done it since yesterday. What is up with this? Is she back to having to wait exactly 24 hours? If so, this SUCKS.

I just checked (it's like five minutes after midnight SST) and Shinwa has reset for me.

I noticed this yesterday as well, but it seems fine today. I just checked, and her quest has reset for me despite still having three hours on my timer.

: There was a problem with Shinwa not resetting yesterday (source). Try the quest today and see if it returns to normal.
