So my pet has 20 intel (have not yet used any stat boosters or anything) and I'm trying to teach it a 1 AP scroll but the option to teach isn't even showing up? This is really annoying..

[edit] Okay so I managed to use the scroll in battle without teaching it to him and just selecting it from the library. So is it not necessary to teach them spells anymore? I'm sorry everyone I'm new to battling and just trying to follow the guide lol

which guide needs updating? If it's one of the stickied threads at the top of this forum, you can contact the user who made it. If it's an official guide like in the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers thread in the Help & Questions forum or on the Battle Coloseum page, you will need to make a bug report in Problems & Bugs.

coolness, thank you for doing this! Battling here on Subeta can be pretty complicated, and it takes users like you to help keep everything correct. Because creating your pet into a battlepet takes time and dedication and battle changes happen fairly often, many of us just subscribe to various ping groups, hang out in battlechat, or check the Admin Posts section of the Forums to keep abreast. We're used to just rolling with it and don't always think to make sure that the basics are still accurate
