I've heard of people holding pets for others, but how often is it done? Who does it? Who should I trust to do it? Would someone be willing to hold a pet until Black Friday and I can buy another pet slot (this is assuming that they're half price; what's the odds that they're not anymore? Very high!), or is that asking too much?

Knowing my luck, the pet I want will be adopted before I could find anyone to hold them, but ho hum.

I actually only trust good friends enough to hold Pets for me and I've done the same for my friends too in the past. I think it happens quite often around here.

Well, then you could also try to find a "rather well-known user" (that sounds so stupid but no idea how else to explain XD) with an open pet slot. Someone you know from the forums or so, I think there are quite a few with a good reputation. :3

Pet slots won't be half price but if you still need someone to hold a pet, I can. I have a friend holding a pet for me and of course the names I was after didn't clear. [edit] Also you can't transfer a pet back for 30 days after, so it would be a bit more of a wait :x

I don't think I can afford 2000 CSC for a new slot (I'm unemployed, I can't justify spending £13 on imaginary pets) and a new slot costs on sP more than I own, so I guess it was always a pipe dream anyway. :/

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that :c I definitely should have stocked up on more slots last year when they went on sale, I buy them on occasion but I always used to say I would never spend that much for one OTL

Have you bought your Millionaire Center slots already? The first one is only 20m; you could sell 500 CSC and have enough for it

I think I got... two? It's at 60,000,000 sP now and I have just above 50,000,000 sP (and 616 CSC, but I'm saving that for Black Friday).

It's annoying because the pet I wanted would be the perfect sibling for one I already own.
