Hello! So, I haven't played in around 3 years and got back today :) However, I have, well, quite a lot of Sp on my vault but I can't remember the PIN… Is there any way for me to recuperate it?

You should file a ticket to have a UA assist you. :)

"MAKE SURE that you write it down somewhere because if you forget this number, you could possibly lose your entire account." It might be possible by filing a ticket. Up top Under the Subeta[ /b] Tab and then [b]tickets.

I have learned to keep a notepad with all my important passwords and stuff written down so this never happens to me anymore. Hopefully it can get fixed for you. :)

Yeah, I know it is important, but to makes thing worse, the e-mail account linked to my Subeta account is completely lost too; I haven't played in a really long time.

You can change your email here, but yeah you'll need to file a ticket for the PIN. Good luck getting it taken care of! :c
