I just noticed that all but one of my pets has "legacy" in brackets under their adoption date. Can someone please tell me what that means?

I don't know the cut off, but it's for the oldest pets. Sometime between 2008 and 2010 is the cutoff. I have a few Legacy pets made in 2008 and any of my pets made in 2010 don't have the label.

It means you have a pet that's older then most.. I'm not sure how many years old it has to be to get the title but I'm amusing 3 - 4? Lol sorry im not much help at all XD..

It's not the age of the pet itself, it's the year it was made.

Meh, well either way, I was partially right.. -_-;

- Pets didn't always list the adoption date, and they didn't have that information recorded when they finally added it in. So basically all pets at that time were marked as "legacy" and their adoption dates were set to their birthdates.

If you were to adopt out a legacy pet today, it would lose that title and get a proper adoption date.
