Sigh. I am so lame. See, I am still new to this entire CW thing. I saw in the SS that the item was in the CW shop, however, I didn't realize it was locked for friends only. Man, I really wanted that wig D: but yes, I made an oopsie. I do not have the cloak, I was willing to buy it to trade it, but now realize that I can't. I am so sorry for my ignorance!
