Can we get achievements for feeding our pets food from Fresh and Flavorful, fully bonding with a minion from Dara's Darlings, and for ordering clothes from Fine Fabrics, please?

I wonder if it is possible to bond with a minion so much that there's no charge? If it is that would be a cool achievement too.
