Yeah I have heard those prices too. The hard part is finding someone selling them for any price first of all.

Yeah, that's why I tried to emphasize that prices are pretty much based on the user. Like, 3.5 bil is a low ballpark. People can pretty much arbitrarily state prices on these tbh.
