If someone already suggested this, then I apologize. I checked the first few pages, but saw nothing.

Anyways, this is just a suggestion for a checkbox to remove items from TCs, similar to vaults. I know I've had times where I removed multiple items from my TCs, but had to click each one and wait for it to load before I could click again. While this is bearable, it gets kind of irritating when you're sorting through a massive TC just for a small portion of items you want to remove. Maybe even a 'select all' feature could also be added for people who are adopting out pets or something and need to remove a large TC.

I do not envy people removing items with TCs with over 1k items. coughs Soph coughs

I am hoping this suggestion will be appealing to people who love working on TCs, and that this is doable as well.

since I know some/most of you guys deal with the same things when it comes to TCs.

Since some people suggested the addition of item names, I'm adding that suggestion to this post. It would definitely make finding individual items way easier. I know I'm not going to try and traverse Automaton's TC since it has over 100.

yes yes yes, so much support for this idea! i usually remove items by opening new tabs, and while more bearable than waiting for each removed item to reload the page, it's always incredibly laggy and probably puts way more strain on the servers than necessary (especially when i end up removing items in like, upwards 50+ batches).

Yessss, I agree so hard I usually click everything really fast before the next page loads but I mean That's probably cheating and a check box would be so much easier, and I've never done that with a huge tc and honestly it'd be impossible so

agrees a tick box option would be perfect.... and on the subject of treasure chests, the option of having the item names listed as well, would be ideal (I have no idea if Kwikspell and Ambessa have duplicates in their treasure chests, as some of the items look way too similar)

definitely agree here, and also seconding the option to show item names on the tc sorting page - sometimes it takes me a while to figure out what an item is supposed to be so i have to right click the image and open it in a new tab just to check the image name to figure out what the item is… i think this should definitely be an option.

pleeeease god yes... I've wanted something like that for so long. It is pretty irritating moving items out one by one.

And I've also supported showing the item name on the tc sorting page in the past. I think it should be set up the same way as on the pet's page itself. Hovering over the tc item reveals a small popup box that only contains the name of the item.

I would love names and check boxes. I would also love a way that... say you check five items. Then you could move those five items together around the TC. When I add items to a TC, I tend to want them towards the bottom... and it is hard to do once you get over 100 items (even at the 20 per row setting). A way to move multiple items at once around the TC, as well as a way to remove multiples at once, would be amazing.

Or ways to sort the TC and/or ways to toggle where new items go in the TC (bottom versus top). Xiaoling is getting all the new Shengui Guo items, and as her TC gets bigger, this becomes a more annoying problem. :C

I would also love

1. having names of items in the TC management area
2. having checkboxes for removal instead of a click-through "remove this item"

reasons for 1): ease of finding the item

reasons for 2): sometimes the click and drag to move the item around results in me clicking on the "removal" link instead because occasionally my mouse double clicks while I'm in the middle of moving items quickly MASS REMOVAL HELL I imagine that processing all the requests in one page load is also more efficient for the site, like shop quickstock is for us. I'm not super knowledgeable about backend work but processing http requests for every single item to be removed (very quickly anyway) probably doesn't make a web server happy.

I am in absolute full support of this! I don't have super large TCs like other people, but I do often put my pets through an identity crisis and pull all items out of their TCs and it does get annoying. To be honest, I'm surprised we don't already have checkboxes lol.

Check boxes instead of the remove link would probably be one of the most amazing things to happen on subeta in a while.

Usually when I mass-empty/move a TC I just open all of those stupid links in 30948345 tabs and basically kill the site because I can't be bothered to do it one at a time (ain't nobody got time for that). This would be way easier for both users and the site, so people like me don't do what I've always done (which I imagine, the site doesn't appreciate much).

That link though, is the bane of my existence. I couldn't count the times I've been organizing and seen my life flash before my eyes because of that stupid link. I'm like half way through some reorganization and I misclick-- instead of nailing the image to move the item I accidentally click that god forsaken link and all of my work goes out the window in one second with a horrible gut wrenching screech. I never even remember what I was moving where.

I've almost trashed entire character designs over that shit.

It's almost 2016-- to hell with that link, yes to check boxes.

Definite support for this! I've done that dreaded thing where I was moving items around and clicked the remove link so many times. Also, yes to item names either via hover or just on the page itself. One of my pets has some books in her treasure chest and I have them in a certain order because of their titles. If I add another book to it to go along with the "little story" type deal then I have to remember where it should go. Hard to do that when the names don't appear on the page.
