Hi!

I was just thinking as I sat here procrastinating doing my coursework, that a lot of users on this site might be at college and university and may, like me, use it as a distraction.

But surely there's other who have passed college and university with flying colours :D So I was wondering if people could post their study tips and it may help people ^^!

It'll definitely help me!

My tip would be to make yourself a topic exam of about 30 questions after, and give yourself an hour the next day to complete the exam :)! I then repeat the topic exam before any class tests or final examinations :)

Flying colors? You bet. I was an art major. HAHAHAdies I'm hilarious, right? Right.

As far as study tips, I think it's really a personal thing, as in different things work for different people. For me, I had to work in a quiet area, no distractions, soft music on in the background, and I'll tell anyone around to please not bother me at that time. It's good to have a snack and drink with you so you don't have to walk away and get distracted by anything or anyone. When I was writing essays, I would read a few on the same topic online, to get an idea of how other people started them, what points they used, etc. I'd write a few ideas down from there and then write from that.

I legit laughed out loud at that haha!! That was hilarious :')!

Having a snack and a drink beside you sounds like a good idea. I always leave everything downstairs and by the time I go get it, half an hour's passed because I found something else to waste time doing! That's a great tip :)!
