Is there a rule on how many times you can gift?

I'm a little confused, I gifted a random member 3 stickers they didn't have after they said they were collecting them, they got annoyed at me and blocked me. Is it against the rules to gift people multiple times or is it like frowned upon? (Sorry, I'm kinda new here so I probably sound kind of stupid.)
No you are perfectly fine she just gets annoyed by random gifts.

If you had broken the rules you would have gotten an official/verbal warning, not just a block from a random user. You might want to check their profile for a note about not wanting gifts in the future, and if they don't have one then don't worry about it, it's totally on them if you ask me. (It could also be that they wanted them in their album/didn't want them in their album depending on how you sent them, or something. It doesn't deserve a block imo but there are some users who will block you for pretty much any little thing)
